When buying Pre IPO companies (or more specifically, shares of the company or SPVs containing those shares), Heron will generally purchase the companies within 5% of the market price, as defined by the Nasdaq Private Market price feed at the time of making the investment. The investment team may however, in its discretion, make individual purchases outside of this range if it is deemed as the best way to suit client preferences and goals.
