For these asset classes, there is no lockup period and clients may request redemptions at any time with zero penalties or fees. We aim to process redemption requests within one quarter, though it is important to note that we cannot guarantee this timeline.
For these asset classes, there may be instances where one of the funds that Heron provides exposure to suspends redemptions during a given quarter, delaying a withdrawal. If we anticipate a delay in fulfilling a request beyond one quarter, we will proactively notify our clients.
Pre IPO
For pre IPO, there is a 3-month commitment while we acquire the positions, after which you can request a redemption at any time. There is a 5% transaction fee on redemptions for pre IPO company strategies.
We will process redemption requests as quickly as the market allows for pre-IPO company strategies. But it's important to know no specific timelines can be guaranteed for pre IPO companies.
