We use Dwolla as a payment processor for bank transfers. It is possible that Dwolla may send you a 1099-K. This is informational only. The 1099-K reflects the total dollar volume of payments processed through Dwolla's platform, which can include principal as well as interest, so the total may not match the numbers on tax forms you receive from Heron.
The 1099 tax forms from Heron are what you should use for your tax returns, as it reflects your actual income. You don't need to enter the 1099-K as separate income.
Heron Finance does not provide tax advice. You should consult your own tax advisor.
