Verify Investor: Heron Finance uses a third party company called VerifyInvestor to verify a user’s accreditation status. VI checks the validity of your supported documents to determine if you pass, fail, or need to provide additional information in order to confirm your accreditation status.
Verify Investor will confirm your accreditation using one of the following methods:

The income test requires that you have income exceeding $200,000 USD in each of the two most recent years
Net Worth-You and a spouse or spousal equivalent must show enough assets to evidence a net worth of at least $1,000,000 USD ignoring the value of your primary residence and after discounting all your other liabilities
